H1 and H4 when changing "company-A" to "company-B"
I was working on H1B for "company-A" and my wife was in H4 and both H1B and H4 visas are valid till
July,2008 and both mine and my wifes I-94 are valid till July,2008.
I changed from "company-A" to "company-B" on April,2006 and the new company applied for approval/transfer and
I got the new approval with the "company-B" name on the approval(I-129) and got a new I-94
for me(H1B holder) valid till Oct,2008.
My question here is the new company-B did not file for H4 approval/transfer, But the H4 visa and I-94 are valid till July,2008 which is got when working for company-A.
Should "company-B" file approval/transfer for the H4 also? or should I file anything for my spouse H4 as I changed the company?
NOTE:My spouse H4 visa, I-94 is valid till July,2008 (which is got when I was working for company-A and I-94 which is got when entering in to U.S.A while I was working with company-A)
