H4 regional appointment dates

Hi,

I have been watching for the tamil dates to book appointment for my daughter for the past 2 months. I dont see any dates so far.

Today they opened dates for the tourist visa in regional langauge but they didn't open for H4 visa.

Can any one recently booked the regional appointment dates? please give me guidance how long I have to wait to get those dates?
