Interview @ Delhi counsulate !

Guys,

I got my interview data @ delhi counsulate for my H1 Stamping, ( On Dec 27th),

Just wanted to ask you Sr's that it would be a vaccation time so would my intervew officer be a US guy or Indian's ?

I have already been to US on a b1 last year,

Wanted to know if you have any experiences of the same sought, Is this vaccation time good for taking an interview ?

All the final Visa interviews will be by US officers not by Indians.
