Need Help

Guys,

I am the principal applicant currently in USA and filling the form for my daughter and trying to fill the (third form) petitioner details for booking appointment.

Can you please tell me who is the Principal applicant in this situation? Either me or my Daughter, For the remaining i can fill my Petitioner no:, Petitioner (Employer) Name and soon, also for the Principal applicant visa class whether i have to fill H1 or H4?

I need your help and who ever filed recently can show me some lights.
