H4 Stamping in Chennai

Hi

My wife and kid went for h4 stamping and they have given her 221G notice. Well i could arrange for most of them:

Photos at work
Photos at home
Notorized paystubs
Notorized bank statements

Only one thing is pending and would require your help in closing this:

"A detailed and specific description of internal developement project to which the benificiary will be assigned. Include complete technical description of the project, timeline, current status, number of employees assigned to it, location of the worksite and marketing analysis of the final product."

If anyone has done this before please share the same with me.

I would suggest you fly alone to the US first. start work and settle down a bit. then ask them to go the embassy and get their visas stamped.

---- As you alreaady in the US ask your employer for all of the above, since it is the employer who has the details. Get teh details on the employer's letterhead just to make it look professional

In the meanwhile seek an appointment for your wife and kid

what state do you leave in and does your state fall under chennai consulate ? if no then what reason did you give to get appointment at chennai consulate ?

---- We reside in the of AP falling under the jurisdiction of the US consulate Offices of Chennai.
---- Took appointment in Delhi (regular, no emergency) for H4 visa stamping
---- Did not provide any reason or document. The VO also did not enquire anything.
