Hi guys,
I have joined a company called “A” and holding the H1B with them. Recently the company was bought by another company called “B”. They are in the process of changing the name.
The following are my question in regards with the above situation.
1. What will happen to my H1B? Should we have to inform INS reg. this.
2. My pay stub shows currently the company “A” name and in couple of months it is going to say different name. This is different from my H1B petitioner name.
3. What steps I have to take in order to have a smooth step while going for stamping. (My H1B Stamping)
4. I have already booked an appointment for visitor visa for my parents. What they have tell about the company name change when they go for stamping if they ask about the sponser.
Can any one face the similar situation? My work place and position are the same except the name of the company. I explained this to my company they said they are taking case by case to resolve the problems.
Please help me.
