I am an Indian citizen currently residing in UK on a dependant visa, my wife is currently working in UK. I am appearing for H1B visa interview at US consulate in London and H4 visa for my wife.
1. I have previous B and J visa refusals(under section 214b), will these predict outcome of my H1B application?
2. What are the chances that my application will be transferred to India? I have applied from London because I am not able to find dates till jan 2007 in delhi, India and my wife may not get unplanned vacation.
3. I was charged in UK recently with drink and drive conviction causing no injuries(was found guilty for driving over limit on routine breath test), do I have to disclose that in question no 38 on DS156 form.
