Hello!
I'm currently on H1B status, which expires in 1 year. By boyfriend (US citizen) and I, are planning on getting married and moving out to a different city but within a same state (FL). He has another job offer, but I would have to terminate my employment and seek for another job. If we get married, should I file for adjustment of status? If so, which application? Also, which form shall I file to obtain new working permit. Do I get to keep my current SSN?
