H1B File status

Hi

All H1b filled by my current employer on may 15th and i have seen many of my collegues filled in after may 15 got their approval papaers , my case still says it is pending. I had been to US on B1 visa and stayed for months and returend to india with in i-94 expiry i am a Bcom graduate + GNIIT, i have 6 yrs experience .what would be the reasons for delay ? Please help me

there is no reason for delay. u will get the approval in some days. dont worry.
