Separate appointment required for Spouse?

I have an appointment for H1. If I want to apply for H4 for my wife, do we need to take a separate appointment or can she attend along with me?

If your appointment is already confirmed you cannot add her and she needs to go for another appointment.
If it is not yet confirmed, you can add her to your appointment slot then you can go together.
