H1B Query

hi,

I just recieved my H1 approval documents. I am confused about one thing i.e. in the last portion of I797 form it is written like class consulate or POE as chennai. Whereas my passport belongs to new delhi and also my permanent residence is in delhi. Currently i am working in Delhi only. I don't know why consulate name is like chennai.

It means for visa stamping i will have to go to chennai or i can get it stamped in delhi also as delhi has major US consulate center.

Please help.

Hi,

I am in bit different problem. My petition says chennai but I am in Toronto CANADA. I am going to book appointment in Toronto and ask them for stamping.

I dont know what will happen.
