How many times we can cancel the appointment?

I want to cancel my appointment so that I can reschedule. Can anyone please tell me how many times I can cancel? only once?

If I cancel, do I need to fill the forms DS-156 and DS-157 again?

2 times... afterwards it is disabled for 2 months, i.e. you cannot reschedule during that period.

You can reschedule (to future date) without cancelling appointment

1. You can cancel your appointment 2 times. Afterwords it will be disabled for two months.
2. No need to fill the forms DS-156 and DS-157 again. You can reschedule your future date.
