h4 process

Hi,

My husband got h1 approval and i would like to apply for the H4.
Could any one can tell me what are the process should I have to go through?
HOW DO I APPLY?
WAHT ARE THE froms which I have to fill?
And also SHOULD I have to separate interview schedule or can I go with my HusbanD for interview?

Plz help me out.

do u mean ur husband got H1 visa or just the approval.....?
