Hi ,
I have H1B visa with me applicable from this oct'06.This was applied by my employer(A software company in India).Now if i switch the job to some other company(In India) will my H1 be still valid i.e. can i travel on same H1 for some other company's work.
Kindly guide me .Hoping for your reply.

It wont be a problem,if u change company in india before going US.

But in US u can't change company like in India.

This will be a problem, the best thing to do is travel with the same company to US work for two months and then transfer to the other company. If you transfer to the new company, you cant use this H1 and the new employer has to file a new H1-B , as you may be aware H1 quota for this year is already over.
