Help Req Reg Form 221G

Hi,
I attended the H1b visa interview recently and got a Form 221G. I am asked to bring the following docs,Could any one give me a sample of these docs?

Complete Itenary of Services for me
My employer's need for the position and how can I assist?

Also could anyone tell me how long the project details doc should be for a 6 months long project? I have a Scope of Work and Project Plan which is just 6 pages long.

hi friend ,
i too got the same query. but my employer is not ready to send any of the docs. regarding this itinerary. i m from hyd. again i m attending to the consulate on 7th . call me yo my mobile 09885426781(hyd).we will discuss it in the phone.

Please find attached the itenary which my employer sent me yesterday,but am not satisfied with it....If u want u prepare something like this for ur interview.something is better than nothing...am reattending the interview on 13th only....
