Hi Friends,
One employer filed a H1B petition in Jul'2005 and I went to chennai consulate for interview on 8-Dec-2005.I was issued a 221(g) asking for the client letter.Since then, the employer who filed my H1B petiton did not respond and so that case should be still pending.
Now, my current employer is asking me to go for BL1 stamping.Can you please tell me how should I explain my situation to the cosulate officer.
Is it OK to tell him that the employer is not responding?.
Also, can you please tell me what kind of questions I can expect from the consular officer regarding my previous pending H1B case?.
