Two H1 Applications

Hi,

could anyone please answer for my query?

My papers has been filed by two US companies.The Company A has filed my papers on May 5th. The company B has filed the same on May 2nd. Company B's petition got approved before company A's petition. Company A's petition is stiil under process (means not yet approved). I came to know that company A is not doing good.I dont want to choose Company A's offer now. Also i got appointment date with US consulate for company B's petition.

My doubt is:

When i attend interview with US consulate, will they aware of other petition which is still under process?

do i need to inform the company A's petition to US consulate?

If i dont inform abt company A's petiton, will that be a problem?

Even i dont inform abt Comapny A's Petition to my US employer (Company B).do i need to inform them?

Please answer my queries. I am really confused about this.

you can have multiple offers/petitions with you.. but you cannot have more than one appointment at a time for any category of visa (h1 in this case)

decide the best offer and take an appointment with this one.. if rejected then you can re-try with second one or the first one..

choice is yours but one appointment at a time..
