Hello Forum Members,
I have received my I-797 approval in August and have a visa stamping interview in Feb. 2007 (no dates available before then). Am also holding a valid 10 year B1. Can I travel to the US on the B1 for a business visit for the H1 sponsor and change my status to H1B once in the US and go for stamping at a later date?
Are there any risks?
