I left Company X in 2005 (I had valid H1 till 2007)Company X did not cancelled my H1. I joined back in 2006, since I already had valid H1 all they had to do is run pay roll.
As I said above I recently Joined back into this company X YTD AMOUNT in Paystubb wll start from 0 looking at this will this be issue when appearing for H1B revalidation (Staming) Will Visa Officer raise a question saying employer was supposed to cancell your earlier H1B and file a new after you joined back
Please le me know my H1B Revalidation appointment is getting close our advice is greatly appreciated.
