Hi ,
I applied for the H1-b last year but after few days i backed out due to some reason but my employer did not cancel the application and my H1 was approved. My question is if i want to apply for H1 now (through a different employer) do I have to wait for the next year's (2008) quota or because my H1 was approved last year can i apply now irrespective of the quota problem . I dont have any documents to support though except for the EAC case number.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
