Tax returns

Hi All,

Need an info about tax returns. Is it ok to submit tax returns document of 2003, 2004 period or is it mandatory that it should include the last passed year also?. If the tax return copy has DRAFT on the document, is it fine?.

us employer tax returns

Hi Sagar,

Sorry for the confusion.

I am going for H1 stamping. My employer has sent me 2003 and 2004 (Draft copy) tax returns copies of the company. So, I wanted to know two things:
1. Is it ok to show Draft copy in the interview?
2. Is it mandatory to take 2005 tax return copy also?

yes it is reqd

yes it is reqd. the year 05-06 falls under last year tax filings
if u dont have the 06-07 returns or for current year reurns then their wil be no probs.

i think that they may accept your pdf files.
