H4 to H1, pls help.

Hi, I am currently holding an H4 visa and will be attending H1b interview shortly in chennai. My husband is currently working in US with I-140 approved. My daughter is an US citizen. Will this pose any problem for me during the interview process?? Pls help.

---- This is just a normal process. What problems are there. Just attend the interview confidently and do not open up a pandoras box for no issue
