Hi ...
I am on a H1B valid visa stamped till mid 2008 .
I was working with an employer X till last week and the stamp on passport is on the name of Employer X.
I have changed my job and working with employer Y this week , post the visa transfer process initiated by employer Y.
Visa Status:
I have received my transfer receipt but my transfer of visa status from X to Y with BCIS is still pending.It will take a couple of months as per the lawyers.
NOw , in the event of me deciding to join back employer X again (after say one month of working with Employer Y) , can i legally now work for X .
I know that employer X will not cancel my Visa and he will not send my cancellation papers to BCIS/Immigration services.
