Dependents coming ! Should I send them docs?
Hello all
I was working for company A. My H4 dependents and myself have the stamping of company A but they have never been to US while i am in US now.The stamping of A is valid till Feb 2008
After coming to US I have changed my employer and have started working for employer ( employer B). I have the transfer receipt of company B but not the approval notice(Its still in proces).
Now my dependents are coming to US.What docs should i sent them?I am sure by the time they come, I won't get the approval notice. Should I send them the receipt notice(notarized)with the new employment letter or it is not required?Also any other docs?
