H1B normal to Premium processing conversion

Hi,

I have applied H1b for my brother through some company under normal processing. We got some query on that and now as it is getting late i would like conver this into premium processing. I would like pay the extra 1000 when we send the answer to that query.

Let me know if there will be issues doing because of the query we got
