H1B Refusal
Hi All,
I have been trying for my H1b for the past 11 months. I did my masters in Computer Science and having around 12 years of hands on experience.Worked for more international clients in abroad.
When i went for H1b interview for the first time by last year Dec got 221G for additional documents, got all those documents in 5 weeks time from my US emp and submitted(Even the client letter from Billion $ company) through VFS drop box but they miss placed my passport for almost 2 months then they returned my passport without stamping. After one month got an email from consulate to appear for personal interview went there for third time.. again got 221G. Again submitted lease doc and roaster list in 2 weeks time through VFS(4th time) with more confident. But in 4 days time i got back my pasport without stamping along with a letter. I am more confused now.
1. My US company is a genunie Company
2. I have already got my H1b some 5 years back.
3. We have submitted all the required documents including company fotos.
My question is:
1. My us Emp is ready to check with USCIS to revoke my case.. is it possible?
2. What does it mean by that letter cited below.
3. Is it the end of the process or is there any way to revoke.
Please advice me.

Based on the documents you have submitted to us, and the information> elicited in your interview with> an American Consular Officer, you do not appear to be qualified for an H-1B> temporary visa. In accordance with United States law and Department of state guidelines, action on your case has been suspended, and the I-129 Petition for Non-Immigrant Worker filed on your behalf will be returned to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services(USCIS) with a memorandum explaining the facts of your case as presented to us at the time of interview.
The U.S. Consulate in Chennai is no longer handling your case, and will be unable to give you any information on the status of your petition. For your information, your visa was refused today under Section 221(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act(INA).Essentially, this section states that a visa cannot be issued to anyone> whose application does not appear to the Consular Officer to meet the requirements of the INA or of the regulations thereunder
