Pls reply me
My wife is going alone for dependend L2 visa. We don't have marriage certificate. She is going with affidavite on our marriage. Will it workout.

I think they ask for Marriage cert. it is compulsary.

They also look for Marriage photos (Full album), Marriage Invitation card, and they will ask Q regarding marriage like the date, venue, and they might ask husband B'date as well so be prepared for that.
