Hai,

How Long can a Person with H1B Visa stay in India once they come to india. Do they have any specific Time frame for that stating that they have to return back in these many days. if so how many. what happens if they have exceded that??? can they travel back to US if their H1B is not over????

Yes, you can stay in India as long as the H1b is valid (vacation). A Lot of companies in India sponsor H1s and those employees keep visiting the US for short durations until the expiry date on the H1b visa.
