Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a case here which i thought should bring it to you for an answer. I started working for a company on H1B visa which i quit on Aug 2006. Since then i joined another company and my H1 Transfer is under process and hopefully the approval should get through this month end whereas my VISA still shows my old company stamping on it.
Meanwhile, my wife and kid have an interview for H4 Visa in November last week wherein she would show my new H1B approval papers for getting the visa stamped.
In December end i have applied for 10 days leave from office as i planned to go to Mumbai, India to bring my wife and kid since it's their first visit to USA.
While returning back to US, there is a situation at the port of entry wherein my wife has an H4 visa with New company name on it and my passport still would reflect my Old company on my Visa ...But i would have the H1B approval of the New company, their appointment letter , all pay checks from Aug 06 and all other required documents .
Please let me know the issues concerning travel with the scenario given above at the port of entry in USA.
