H1 Visa Rejection Under 212 A I C

Hello All,

I attended H1 Visa interview in July and it was a disaster.

They took my documents and told they will get back to me. I havent heard back from them.

They told me i am now permanantly ineligible to enter USA.

When i asked them what to do....they asked me to wait for 4-5 years...gain genuine experience and reapply with a waiver form.

I have no clue what this is all about.

It appears i have made a big mistake and screwed my career.

Please suggest what do i do to come out of this.

Hi Raghu,
can you write me about your interview and your qualification in detail
However I suggest you dont produce **** certificate..because 221 AIC
genrally is given when you add **** documents(like exp letters and diploma etc)okay just write me on this e-mail id [email protected]
