H1B validity ...
I was in US for 5 yrs and 9 months and returned to India in Apr'06. I have a I-797 approval which is valid until May'07 and I am not employed with that employer. I wish to come back to US in June'07. Is it possible to get H1 extension through the same employer or I have to apply a new H1.
