My 1-94(H1B) expired in july & I applied for the extension & then I got my approved petition in Aug & I got a PA date in NOv in Chennai....FIne...
But a week back I recieved another approved petition with a different reciept number ,but with all my details correct.
So my question would be :
1)Is my old approved petition still valid?
2)Can i still attend the PA on old approved petition?
3)What should i do with the new petition?
