regarding H1 visa

please help me..
I have taken appointment in november... In filling the forms 156,, i wrote my brother is at USA as a perminent resident(Greencard holder).. will it effect my visa chances(either positively or negatively,, plz explain) as i apply H1visa

Hi

They will not reject your visa just b'cos ur brother is in US and he is Green card holder.
do not hide any info from the VO. Give them good explanation that you can not get a green card just bcos your brother has one. Also you are going to execute different duties on your H1.

Have a good explanation ready.
