H1B premium processing duration
Hi,
My employer wants to file H1B petition in April 2007.
May I know how many dates it will take to get the petition approved if premium processing is opted?
My current H1B (which was filed by a consultant) is in AAP. What are the chances of my H1B be approved and chances of getting stamped?
Its of great help if some one replies asap.
