help me - I got 221(G)

Hi,

I went to Chennai for H1B visa stamping on 2 Nov and unfortunately got 221(G).
I explain what happened in interview.

VO: Please give your docs?
Me: I said Hello and gave docs.

Vo: Where do you work? In-house or Client Location?
Me: Client Location

VO: What is ur Client name?
Me: xxxx

VO: Do you have Client Offer Letter?
Me: shown Client Offer letter

Then he checked petitioner name and then search for some thing.. in net for just 10 sec

Vo: Do you have unemployment wage report?
Me: I said, I have employee list and where they currently working( client name and addresses)

He took blue paper and said "I am requesting you sir to bring unemployed wage report for past two quarters as reported to all the states."
But, He put tick for 7 items, which are under documents "from petitioner section". Among 7 items I have 5 items documents with me at that time. But with out confirming with me he just put tick for 7 items and asked me you may not come for interview again just use VFS Drop box to drop all requested documents.

Please share any one has faced similar problem?
What is the percentage of giving Visa if VO asked to drop docs through drop box instead of requested for personal interview?

dont worry much, just get all the documents they want and you will get it trust me !!!
