    L1 to H1

    Hi,

    I came to USA with L1 visa for company A. Now i got H1 thro' company B. How long I can stay with L1. If I do not want to work for company B thro' H1 and want to stay in L1, is ther any way? In that case what will happen to my H1?

    Also can I stay in L1 for 3 more months and go to company B thro' H1.

    Please respond me ASAP.
