Hi Folks,
One of a company in US had filed my petition for H1B in April 2006. However in Oct 2006, USCIS issued a query notice asking for a sub contracting documnets between my company and another comapny where I would be sub contracted. Is there any comapany in US that would provide a agreement o that I could go ahead and work with them once I get my permit. My company in US is also agreed to pay money in to get a letter.
Had anyone faced a situation like this? Is it advisable to leave this petition like this and apply for a new petition through some other company?
Does anyone know a company in US who would sponser H1B for the year 2007 so that I could apply fresh?
Please suggest.
