Two interviews at a time (H1,L1) - Pls help

Hi All,

what happens when attending two inteviews in sequence one on H1B (outside of current employer) and other on L1 (with current employer) with time difference of 1/2 months?

how will it effect H1/L1 in stamped/fail cases?

I am not attending two interviews on same day, I may attend with a difference of 2 months difference. So I am interested to know how will second interview affects first attended interview
