hello
i need advice on my status now,i got my H1B approved on nov 2005,got SSN in 2006jan somehow i couldnot get the job and not working ,my H4Was valid till july2006.
My question is
what is my status now.
As iam not working will my husband GC process will get affected
My I-94 is valid as per H1 but no payroll as not working .
