H1 B Stamping date is close , not recieved new I-797 ( Urgent )

Hi

I have currently changed my job and my H1-B transfer is still in progress. ( H1-B Transfer was applied on 10 oct by my new employer and my H1-B stamp date in toronto is 18 Dec)
I have started to realize now that i might not get my new I-797 before dec 18
Any suggestions to get my existing application expedited


Is there a way that i can change my application to premium??

Will that be a new application or i can just pay $1000 and ask them to process the existing application as premuim??

How much time does a premium process take??


If i assume that change to premium is allowed , what is the process for that.

Any suggestions please.

---- Yes, submit the application with the premium processing fees

Will that be a new application or i can just pay $1000 and ask them to process the existing application as premuim??

---- Essentially, it is a new application (as the old one is just reprinted and submitted with the PP fees)

How much time does a premium process take??

---- Normally, 2 weeks
