Hi all,
1. I filed my H1B visa in May 2006 first week. I got receipt number. So far no query or rejection. But I am yet to get my H1B. Why is the delay. Any guess?
2. I have found one other company who has more expertise to market me and get better job. The sponsor company is agreeing for transfer. My concern is if I transfer my H1B visa immediately within 1-2 months, will it affect H1B extension or my green card later. Or will there be any other issues later because of this? Plz advice what will be right time to transfer without affecting long term prospects.
Will appreciate expert advice on this.
