Urgent..H1B..Info reqd

Hi,
i m new to this forum.i need some info regarding my H1B.
I came on H1B in April 2006 with X company.i transfered my H1B to Y(new )employer immediately after i came here(April 2006).I got my new approved notice(797) in oct'06.I do not have any stubs from April'06 to Nov'06.i m in bench since April'06 to Nov'06.Now i m planing to go India in dec'06.I need to know below doubts.

1.Do i need to get new stamping on my passport with my new H1?I have valid visa untill sep'08 with my X company.
2.while entering in USA@POE what are questions may ask?
3.Let me guys i m in deep trouble.i need to go india in dec'06.

You don't need to get Visa Stamped again in your passport as you still have valid stamping till Sep 2008.
But you shall show the new H1B only at the port of entry. Keep the old H1B, if they ask why the VISA Stamping Comp is different than this new one !
You can tell that you moved to this new company.

Things to keep when you travel(Just in case):
1) All new & old H1Bs.
2) Pay-Stubs, if any.
3) Tax returns & W2s, if any.
4) Letter from the current employer confirming that you are still working
with him(This is not mandatory).
5) Id card of cleint's place, if any.
6) Keep all your education/experience credentials in one file(I always carry my original Edu certificates w/ me).

If you think too much, you get tensted & do mistakes....so keep cool !

1.Don't have any paystubs as of now(Old and new company).If theu ask any paystub?
2.from my new company offer letter is enough or do i need to get exp letter?
3.I m not working so i don't have any clinet id or any other stuff.

Plz let me know is it advisible to go INDIA. i m planing to go next week.

Since you are seeking suggestions, I am writing this & do not take any of my answers as granted.

1. Don't have any paystubs as of now(Old and new company).If theu ask any paystub?
-Usually they do not ask, just in case if they ask tell that you forgot to carry them.
Hope fully your employer can generate stubs instatntly if they ask a copy from him(it's very rare).

-That is fair enough.

3.I m not working so i don't have any clinet id or any other stuff.
-I think it’s OK to not have any client ID.

Plz let me know is it advisible to go INDIA. i m planing to go next week.
- I never stop anybody visiting India. Carry all your H1b/Offer-Letters/Degree/Experience certificates with you.
- Always fly back to your employer's place, so they won't raise any Qs.
