  • H1B Stamping in Tijuana: website says username expired!

I have a scheduled H1B stamping in TJ on Dec 12th. I had paid the registration fees through the website http://www.visa-usa.com.mx/ on August 20th, received a PIN and booked an appointment on Sept 12. Now I tried to log on to the website to fill out my DS-156 etc and get a message saying that the username has expired. Also, I just noticed that the original confirmation mail had said that:

    PIN Number: YYYY YYYY XX
The PIN expires on: 18 November 2006
    Payment in U.S. Dollars: 10
Last 4 digits of Credit Card: YYYY
    Charge Date: 8/20/2006 5:52:20 PM
Confirmation Number: YYYY YYYY YYYY YYYY YYYY XX

However, the receipt had also mentioned “Your PIN will expire 10 days after your appointment date. If you do not schedule an appointment, your PIN will expire 90 days after purchase.”

Since I did make an appointment within 90 days (and got confirmation email on Sept 12), I am confused that the PIN has already expired and I can’t retrieve my appointment letter (I guess I will just have to use their confirmation email for this purpose). I am looking for advice as to how to retrieve my documents and also fill out my DS-156 which was on that website.
