Dear friends,
I had my documents for my H1B prepared and sent to USCIS, unfortunately they reached the Immigrations on May 31, 2006.
Anyhow, I left US, came back to my country of citizenship and am waiting for April 1st 2007 to file again.
Since the prevailling wage for the position I was offered had changed with approx. 4$/h, my question is can i keep the same salary from 2006, once I have it approved from DOL in May 2006? Is there any way to keep the same wage or we have to update it?
I will be a part-time employee /20hrs/week/, do you know how difficult is to be approved /managerial position/? i am a little bit concerned that I will have RFE issued. I want to go to college for Master's degree, that's why I need part-time H1B.
Thank you for your time!
Looking forward to hearing from you soon...
