HI, I Have attended US CONSULATE, Chennai on Nov8th 2006 for my h1b.
It got rejected and VO given me a 221(g) white and my petition was cancelled on the same day, recently on Dec 6th I received a call from consulate and she informed me to re attend the consulate for interview. also said that " I am sending you email just take that print out on any tuesday,wednesday,thursday between 10:00am to 12:00am". But till now i wasn't received any concerned email.
I have already sent two emails to consulate and one fax regarding the telephone call. but they are replieng that once Your case was rfused under 221(g), and have new to present you can come on any tuesday,wednesday, thursday.
now the problem is I am not having any new data to present, but I received a call to reattend without any fallow up from my side.
pls help me friends.
