I have attended H1b Visa interview in 2005 dec and got issued 221(g)
later i went to consulate 2 times but the VO not satisfied with provided information(end client letter). I changed to company B in india (my petition filed by US company) they filed B1. and got rejected they statted that suspecting my stay in US. my intension of visa differ from previous case to now.

Now I would like apply for H4 as my spouse is travelling to US (valid visa till 2007 sept).
I have 4 dates printed on my passport.

Is it good go for H4 interview or fresh application for H1.
Can you please suggest me...

Better to resolve all cases before proceeding.

If you can't produce client letter, just tell them, and close that case.
They might request USCIS to cancel your H1 petition.
