I wanted to know if i qualify to apply for an H1 B visa. i am currently in school taking an associaites degree in Occupational therapy, since there is no bachelor's program for that. when I am done, i will take the National Board Exam and become a certified occupational therapy assistant. i know that the requirements are a bachelor's degree or higher or the minimum requirements to enter the profession. And the requirement to be a certified occupational therapy assistant is an associaites in Science and a national board exam to practice.
i know that you are avery busy team and you probably have a lot of things to do, but i would be very honored if you could answer my questions. which is: can i qualify for a working visa without a bachelor's dgree but an equivilant with a certification from the national board of occupational thearpy.
