Do i need to re-stamp my H1B after i change employer?

Hi all,
Im working in US on H1B visa and had already got my H1 stamped in my last visit to india in july'2006. But last month, i changed my employer and got my H1B transfered. Now, im planning to travel to india early next year, but not sure if i need to stamp my new transfeted H1B again? Can i travel to india with my old stamping as dates on passport are valid?
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Yes if you have valid visa stamping with future dates then no need to go for stamping if you have changed the employer. Just keep your approval documents, employer letter with you for references at the time of entry back to US. This is my suggestion not legal advise,
