    L1 and H1

    Hi

    I came to US on L1 visa and I also have an approved petition for H1. Now I am going to India for re-stamping on my L1 visa. My question is, will it be a problem if I hold a valid petition of H1 while going for L1 re-stamping ?
    Please advice me,
