Name conflict in certificates and Passport, Pls. help.

My name is Samudrala Vamshi Krishna.

I am working since almost 7 yrs.

My problem is my name is printed as Samudrala Vamsi Krishna n my Passport and in my 10th and 12th (Intermediate)
certificates.

and My name is printed as Samudrala Vamshi Krishna in all my experience certificates and Degree and
M C A Certificates.

Now I am planning to go for h1 processing.

I don't know whether this would create a problem while processing or not.

Besides, Now its almost more than 10 yrs I completed my 10th and 12th.

So I cannot change any of my certificates.

Pls. guide me what best can I do in this situation.

Don't worry ..this is happend in my case also..but i got the H1 visa..don't think about this too much..ok..all the best..

if u'r so worried take a affidavit from an authorized notary stating that Vamsi and vamshi belong to me ..

Consulted Advocate

Hi,

With your suggestion, I consulted an advocate.

He raised a doubt that whether a general affidavit is enough or does the embassy has got any predefined format for the affidavit.

Pls. let me know any helpline number of embassy where I can call and clarify my doubts.
